Happened upon this place by chance on our drive out to the coast. Very cute interiors and friendly staff. The food was really good, special shout out for the vegetable soup and sticky toffee pudding, so good. Very fair prices. Seems like a solid spot for locals which is always a good sign and it has parking!

Kate Browne’s Vegetable Soup is the Best in Ardfert . It’s so delicious and Yummy. It cost €6.50 which is not bad and makes a great lunch and very healthy. The staff are lovely mostly. I love the Soup here myself that I go here for lunch sometimes. I added some photos that I took myself over time of the soup as it’s 2 nice and delicious.

Excellent restaurant. Travelled from Cork with a party of 4 to eat here. Got a table pretty quickly, service very good, starters, main course and desserts were excellent. Reasonably priced with good portion size. Would eat here again 100%.

A wonderful evening at Kate’s Cottage. Lovely interior, delicious food and a perfect pint of Guinness. Absolutely recommended – but it’s best to reserve a table.

Absolutely delicious food on offer at Kate Browne's restaurant in Ardfert. A very extensive range of options are on offer and each one as delicious as the next. Lovely cosy atmosphere and exceptional staff made for another excellent dining experience.

Excellent food. The menu was large with great variety. The staff were very friendly and the speed of service was good. The seafood was the highlight. Don't think I have given 5 for food before. A must visit. You can't book on Sundays
